The property is only 1.5 miles from the picturesque village of Crail, and 15 minutes from the historic home of golf, St Andrews.
The house was completed in 2021 by award winning Carriden Homes, an innovative and award winning developer, designer and builder of luxurious homes.
There are four double bedrooms, two with ensuite facilities, with plenty of room for up to eight guests and your four-legged friends.
Heating is provided by an ECO-friendly air source heating unit, and the modern specification continues with underfloor heating, high levels of insulation and quality double glazing helping to retain a comfortable temperature throughout the whole house.
Complimenting the accommodation is a large secure enclosed garden with ample outside furniture and a large hot tub and BBQ area, perfect for family time after a long day exploring the East Neuk of Fife.
We have had many happy memories in our Scottish holiday home and are delighted to now make this available for short breaks or longer stays in this beautiful part of the world.
